During the show, Chloe spoke about the goal to win and the impact the England women’s team has made after winning a major trophy.
However, it was what Richard said at the end of the show that caught viewers’ attention.
“Chloe, or ‘Coco’ as I call my daughter Chloe, Coco, thank you for coming in,” he said. Chloe just smiled back politely.

Viewers react to Richard Madeley’s comment
Many viewers found Richard’s nickname for Chloe quite odd, and shocked some.
“Richard calling this lioness soccer player the same nickname he gives his daughter is just creepy and totally inappropriate. Her name is Chloe not Coco!” one viewer tweeted.
“Richard calls Chloe Kelly Coco [vomit emoji]’ wrote another.
“Richard Madeley is creepy, You just DON’T call Chloe Kelly “Coco” because that’s what you name YOUR daughter who’s name is Chloe. Show respect you Creep!!” a third scolded.
“Still trying to understand why Richard Madeley felt it appropriate to call Chloe Kelly ‘Coco’ just because he calls his daughter that?!?” another tweeted.
“Richard, that sounded really scary,” a fifth winced.
