Tottenham striker Richarlison left the pitch in tears after suffering an injury in the first five minutes of his Premier League game at Southampton on Saturday.
After contributing an assist in Spurs’ win against Nottingham Forest last week, the Brazil international started again but his afternoon was cut short in the early stages.

The striker broke down in tears when he came on for Dejan Kulusevski and is now expected to miss Brazil’s upcoming friendly against Morocco on March 25.
Richarlison has endured a frustrating and injury-hit debut season at Spurs since joining from Everton last summer.
He has not scored in the Premier League this season and scored against AC Milan Spurs boss Antonio Conte after the team’s elimination from the Champions League.
Conte replied that the player was “selfish” and made a “mistake” during his interview after the round of 16 second leg in north London.
