Robert Rinder has stunned his fans with his latest Instagram post.
Rob showed off his recently acquired, torn body to his 150,000 followers today (August 5) and credited it to Jason Vale’s “Juice Master Retreats”.
His Instagram post was captioned: “Six days at @juicemasterretreats. Body back to marathon fitness and mind restored. @jasonvale is the real deal (watch him dance)!”

The snap shows 44-year-old Rinder hard at work in a gym with weights in both hands, shirtless and his torso ripped.

This comes after the star admitted in 2020 that he was a two stone 0 weight and challenged comedian Alan Carr to a competition to see “who can get as close as possible to our ‘healthy’ BMIs “.
Fans commented on his post to show their support for him and their awe at his toned physique.

One fan joked about his bearded look, saying: “Looks really rugged Mr Rinder, that beard suits you.”

Jason Vale, better known as “Juice Master”, is an author and lifestyle coach.
His best-selling book, 7-Day Juice Challenge: The Juice Master Diet, has inspired many to take up juicing.
Juicing is the process of juicing fruit and vegetables and turning them into a drink.

Stars like Carol Vorderman, Gary Barlow, James Argent, Denise Welch and now Robert have attended his fitness retreat in Portugal to focus on their health.
