Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are at risk of “burning out” their royal status and may be “forced” to relinquish their titles, a royals biographer has warned.
Speaking on the Palace Confidential Mailplus channel, Tom Bower, who wrote Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors, claimed: “They’re burning out their royal status pretty quickly now.”

Who is Tom Bower and what does he say about Harry and Meghan?
He claimed, “They’re always looking for new things to do. But it always comes back to the royals.”

He used the example of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who flew back to the UK to picture themselves with the Queen during their platinum jubilee celebrations, which he claims “went wrong”.
Palace aides are said to have prevented the couple from taking photos with the 96-year-old monarch for their Netflix show.
Bower warned that the Sussexes, who are constantly resorting to the royal family, will soon stop washing.
He added: “I think they’re going to have to give that up in the end because it doesn’t wash well.”

This comes after revelations Mr Bower made to the Mirror’s Pod Save the Queen podcast last week.
The author claimed Meghan and Harry were trying to get better seats for Thanksgiving service at St Paul’s Cathedral.

Harry and Meghan were seen sitting with Prince Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank.
But they didn’t sit anywhere near the older royals like Harry’s father and brother, Prince Charles and Prince William.

Mr Bower told the podcast: “And then as they walked down the aisle they got to the seats in their assigned row and I’m told they then asked six other people who were sitting on that side of the aisle if she could go downstairs she could sit on the aisle herself.
“And the usher apparently said to them, ‘You can’t do that. You’re sitting in seats eight or ninth’ or whatever it was and Harry said, ‘Why?’
“And the usher said, ‘Your grandmother ordered that.’ I heard that from a military man.”
The Sussexes flew to the UK back in June to mark the Queen’s 70th anniversary of the throne.
It was a flying visit, but Her Majesty finally met her one-year-old great-granddaughter and namesake, Lilibet.
