is Matthew Perry on the outs with his friends co-stars? One tabloid claims his former castmates didn’t take well to his latest announcement. Let’s look at Perry.
Matthew Perry left without friends?
The latest edition of star reports that Matthew Perry has worked hard with him since reuniting friends co-stars in the past year. “He has a great no-nonsense team working 24/7,” reveals an insider. “He’s doing a lot better and he’s improving every day.” The outlet notes that Perry has certainly taken a turn for the better since appearing “disheveled and muddy” during the reunion special.
TIED TOGETHER: Suspicious rumor claims Jennifer Aniston has dumped her longtime celebrity boyfriend
But sources say that’s not the case thanks to his old co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer. “They wish him all the best and are proud of him,” reveals one tipster. “But there’s a shared feeling that Matthew needs to stand on his own two feet and deal with his own problems.” And yet that’s not the only reason his old friends have retired.
Apparently the old Central Perk crew wasn’t pleased to hear about Perry’s upcoming memoir. “There was this code that nobody shared, and the scandalous incidents would stay on the set,” complains the spy. “Now that pact is broken.”
‘Friends’ co-stars’ Matthew Perry to leave?
There are a few red flags in this story that we’d like to take a closer look at. The first question that concerns us is who speaks for all five others friends Stars? While we know Aniston, Cox, and Kudrow keep in touch, it would still be a stretch to say they’re all on the same page about Perry. But if you try to include Schwimmer and LeBlanc in that story as well, the likelihood of that story diminishes tenfold.
What’s more, bringing Matthew Perry’s “disheveled and slimy” looks to the stage is just plain offensive and lazy friends Reunion. As reported at the time, Perry had recently undergone emergency dental care prior to his appearance on the special, hence the slur. This matter is settled and it is amazing that the tabloids keep bringing it up.
And finally, Perry most likely won’t be badmouthing his former co-stars in his new memoir. The book, Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible ThingShe is believed to be heavily focused on Perry’s battle with addiction. Perry even once admitted that he has trouble remembering much of his time on the show due to his excessive drinking. But even if it is very detailed friends, it is still understood as his own personal experience. A good memoir doesn’t try to speak for anyone else; they can only reflect the point of view of a single person.
But we’ll surely find out in November, when Perry’s memoir hits shelves.
The tabloids about Matthew Perry
This is far from the first time a tabloid has circulated a narrative like this about Matthew Perry. Already in November In contact reported that Perry startled his friends with his looks and withdrawn demeanor. then new idea claimed that Perry secretly hated Matt LeBlanc during their collaboration. And more recently OK! claimed Perry was furious over LeBlanc’s 2004 “betrayal.” Apparently, none of these outlets have any insight into Perry’s personal life.
