The event – part of The Northern Echo’s Level Up campaign to bring investment and jobs to the region – includes a keynote speech from highly respected commentator Stephen Hall, who leads Deloitte’s Newcastle office.
Stephen will address the current state of the region and future challenges and opportunities in 2024. He will then be joined by a group of business leaders from various sectors – including Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen and Teesside Airport boss Phil Forster – who will discuss their final year and reveal their hopes and plans for 2024.
The number of participants is limited, but the event is free and you can reserve a place at bit.ly/levelupdecember
The event will be hosted by IT consultancy razorblue – Level Up’s latest partner – at their offices at Admiralty House in Thornaby and will include a welcome from CEO Dan Kitchen, who joined us on stage at our first evening of the BUSINESSiQ Awards 2019 in April , when the company became our first BUSINESSiQ Company of the Year.
Join us as we ask our Level Up partners bp, believe housing, Cummins, Durham County Council, North East Chamber of Commerce, razorblue, Tees Valley Combined Authority, Womble Bond Dickinson and Teesside Airport to provide a “final report”. and bring together the work of our partners to highlight how important collaboration and teamwork are to the success of the region.
There will be free parking and there will be networking over a light lunch following the event. As usual, there will be numerous opportunities to network and build important relationships before and after the event.
