Summary of Shadow and Bone Season 2 Episode 6

Recap Netflix series Shadow and Bone Season 2 Episode 6, “Ni Weh Sesh (I Have No Heart)” which contains spoilers.

In shadow and bone Season 2 Episode 5we left the Crow And Tolya (Lewis Tan) trapped in a poisonous gas chamber while hunting for the legendary sword Neshyenyer. “Ni Weh Sesh (I Have No Heart)” picks up right where we left it. The crows continue to fight for this vital weapon. Alina (Jessie Mei Li) goes to Morozova’s workshop Mal (Archie Renaux) And Baghra (Zoë Wanamaker) while chasing after the firebird, and Kirigan (Ben Barnes) hits Alina where it hurts.

Summary of Shadow and Bone Season 2 Episode 6

We start with the trio going to Morozova’s workshop. They discuss Alina’s plan to kill Kirigan, which means collecting the Firebird and the Neshyenyer Sword. Alina wants to raise an army of light, the opposite of Kirigan’s army of shadows, but Baghra warns her not to mess with dark magic, as the side effects would be far too expensive. Alina then mentions the cut, the ability to telekinetically bisect an object. Again, Baghra argues against this, as this power requires a lot of practice. Baghra doesn’t think they have to go to such lengths anyway.

Who was Morozova?

Baghra talks more about Morozova, the greatest fabricator (people with the power to manipulate metal, glass, textiles, and chemicals) that ever lived. Morozova was the one who revived the stag and the sea whip, which allowed the enhancers to be used for magical purposes in the first place.

Baghra confesses that Morozova was her father. She grew up with the power to summon darkness and admitted to killing her sister when she was young.

What is the firebird?

You’ll reach Morozova’s workshop, hidden in the surrounding countryside. With Baghra’s blood, she opens a hidden door into the fortress. You will find the tombs of Baghra’s mother and sister inside. Baghra takes Mal aside and secretly talks to him about the firebird. Baghra’s father brought her sister back to life and made her the third enhancer.

Mal realizes they are looking for a person, not a creature. Baghra takes Mal out of the fortress and cuts his finger. Mal’s blood also opens the door. He is also part of her family. Baghra reveals that Mal is the firebird; he must sacrifice his life for the greater good.

Who disconnects?

As this revelation is discussed, Alina searches Morozova’s journals and browses the fortress. She is suddenly attacked by Kirigan. He grabs her and tells her that he destroyed the First Army camp, her first home. Baghra returns and announces that she will end this in order to kill her own son. Baghra connects with Alina and Kirigan and joins in their vision. She fights Kirigan and disconnects. Mal and Alina decide to flee. Baghra fights Kirigan, although this action only causes the shadow monsters to appear. They easily defeat Baghra and protect Kirigan. She performs her final trick as she dies in her son’s arms. Baghra cuts off Kirigan’s hand, permanently separating Kirigan from Alina.

In the second storyline, the crows hallucinate thanks to the poison released in their sealed tomb – one by one they collapse and experience traumatic nightmares or fantastic dreams. Kaz Dreams about his brother jordie drown him. jesper says goodbye to his mother. Inej is seduced by Kaz and Tolya murders his own sister. Tolya manages to raise his voice enough to win Wylans Attention.

How does Wylan save the others?

Wylan, the demolitions expert, is outside the trap. He uses his explosives to poke a hole in the door. Wylan then feeds the gang butterflies, which act as an antidote to the poison. Everyone wakes up unharmed.

Jesper is close to tears after witnessing a beautiful hallucination involving his mother. Inej and Kaz lie about their own unusual dreams despite being unable to talk about their painful nightmares. Tolya mentions hearing a heartbeat and they head forward hoping to find the sword and its protector.

Ohval comes home and finds the bodies in the poison trap. Inej attacks Ohval from behind and the bodies come back to life to aid her in the fight. However, Ohval is too powerful and easily disarms Tolya and Jesper. zoya, Nina, and Wylan join the fight, but again Ohval is too strong. Kaz rolls out an old man, which completely distracts Ohval.

Who created the Neshyenyers?

The old man happens to be retired notorious thief The Disciple. He is Ohval’s husband. It is revealed that Ohval created the Neshyenyer Sword. Ohval is Sankta Neyar, a fearless, immortal warrior.

Deeply in love with The Disciple, Ohval asks why they want the sword and is happy to part with it for all the right reasons. Kaz explains her need to defeat the Shadow Army. Ohval offers Jesper the sword alone. She’s noticed that he’s secretly a Durast. Ohval tells Jesper to hone his skills, not hide them or waste them. Afterwards, Jesper tells Wylan that he no longer wants to hide his powers. They hold hands and kiss in front of the whole gang.

Shadow and Bone Season 2 Episode 6 ending explained

Alina and Mal meet Nikolai in the base of Dominik Vertov. They inform everyone of Baghra’s death. Mal admits that he knows the Firebird’s location, but does not reveal his true identity. Alina explains that the connection between her and Kirigan has been destroyed. Dominik formulates a plan; One team finds the Firebird with Mal’s help, while the other takes on Kirigan and his army.

Alone, Mal explains the Firebird’s true identity to Alina. He mentions that Baghra’s sister was revived by Morozova. She was the third reinforcer. Her powers have been passed down from generation to generation. Mal admits that he is the Firebird and a descendant of Morozova. He was always destined to find Alina; he was magically drawn to her and the other amps. However, she will not accept the truth, mistaking it for a ruse invented by Kirigan or suggesting that they run away together instead. However, Mal bravely accepts his fate; he will sacrifice his life for Alina. The two then love each other.

In the final moments of the episode, Kirigan meets up with Vladim. Kirigan gains a new golden hand, and Vladim fuses Baghra’s amp into Kirigan’s wrist. This allows Kirigan to see Baghra’s final memories. Now Kirigan knows that Mal is the Firebird too.
