Riot Games yesterday revealed several changes coming to Neeko in League of Legends this year, and one of the developers showcased them on Twitter.
Riots TheTruexy, a game developer for League, posted a video of Neekos’ updates. In the video we can see her passive, which are the main objectives of her Mid-Silver update.
I was allowed to post a few previews of upcoming Nazeko Midscope work on my @RiotPhlox. It was very early so ignore the random thing that happened with ult (that’s not a foretaste, it was kind of buggy) pic.twitter.com/TOBYFCKa1k which was mostly ignored at times.

The developers highlight upcoming changes in yesterday’s LoL Pls video. Now, thanks to TheTruexy, we can see them in action.
The curious cameleon can transform into non-champion elements of the rift, such as B. a Scuttle Crab or a Ward. Since she transformed into the former, the player can move as they please without saying that Neeko will still transform into another creature.
She didn’t move at all while she was a ward. Their goal was to create an ambush for the enemy Wukong, which worked well. At this point, it’s hard to understand whether or not she can move after turning into a movable object like wards.
Finally, her Ultimate also created a number of Neeko clones when used. Unfortunately as she said when we have been used it is mostly due to an error. Ignore random things happening with the ult (no teaser, it was kinda bugged) he explained. The other Neekos abilities in the video appear unchanged.
It’s hard to prove if the passive change is the only one that can come for Neeko in the upcoming mid-scope update. Usually these customizations have at least a few features. So it could happen that your Ultimate will also receive an update – which is still unknown for the time being.
