As of 8 p.m. Friday, a group of teenage girls were in an elevator at a building on Cordova and Islington Avenues, police said. Area.

A person in the elevator placed a mobile phone at the girls’ feet and appeared to be taking pictures before the girls exited the elevator.
The person then took the elevator down to the lobby and exited the building.

The suspect is said to have had a thin build, curly dark hair and was wearing a white shirt, black vest, black trousers, black boots and a black shoulder bag.
