The summer transfer window is still a week away but Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United are all busy working on deals. The Blues have already completed their second signing of the summer in Kendry Paez and are now looking at Brighton’s Moises Caicedo and Celta Vigo’s Gabri Veiga.
Arsenal are also interested in Caicedo and a transfer fee of £70million has been announced, although West Ham captain Declan Rice remains his top priority and will make an initial offer in the coming days. Other key targets include Manchester City’s Ilkay Gundogan and Joao Cancelo. Tottenham have appointed Ange Postecoglou as their new manager and will now seek to overhaul their squad, although Spurs brace for an opening offer from Real Madrid for Manchester United target Harry Kane.
Los Blancos are pushing for Kane as Karim Benzema travels to Saudi Arabia, although Chelsea’s Kai Havertz is also of interest. United, meanwhile, are in talks to sign Mason Mount from Chelsea, are expected to sign Kim Min-jae and have named Randal Kolo Muani and Goncalo Ramos as Kane alternatives. Real Madrid end Havertz interest
Kai Havertz will apparently NOT leave Chelsea.
The Germany international has been touted as a potential replacement for Karim Benzema at Real Madrid and has reportedly asked to leave Stamford Bridge.

According to Athletic, the world’s best player will either join MLS club Inter Miami or return to Barcelona.
Hopes are growing in Miami that Messi will move to the United States this summer, with MLS officials being told the Argentine could even consider making a debut for the club against Cruz Azul on July 21.
Negotiations are being led by Inter Miami owners Jorge and Jose Mas, while MLS partners Apple and Adidas are pushing hard to persuade Messi to join.
Arsenal begin Cancelo talks
Arsenal have started talks about signing Joao Cancelo from Manchester City.
According to Sky Sports, the Gunners have started negotiations with the Premier League champions over a summer deal but there remains a “valuations gap” between the clubs.
Cancelo is understood to be ready to leave City having been sent to Bayern Munich on loan in January. However, it remains to be seen if Arsenal will appeal.

Kim Min-Jae is preparing to join Man United
Napoli defender Kim Min-Jae is reportedly facing a move to Manchester United.
After playing a starring role in Italy’s first Serie A title in 33 years, the South Korea international is said to have departed.
However, Il Mattino reckons the 26-year-old could first complete national service before moving to Old Trafford.
