Woman found dead in Duson Louisiana
LAFAYETTE, La. (KPEL News) — A woman is dead and detectives from the Lafayette Township Sheriff’s Office are trying to determine who killed her.
Around 1pm on Tuesday MPs were called to Block 200 of Stagecoach Lane in Duson.

Authorities were told there was one unresponsive woman and they found that woman – 30-year-old Megan Goins – dead of an apparent gunshot wound.
There were no identified suspects at this time. No further details are known at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
