Woody Harrelson writes poem to Northern Ireland baby to her mum’s delight

A Northern Ireland mother has spoken of her joy after her baby daughter received a poem by Hollywood A-lister Woody Harrelson.

Anielle Mulvenna posted a picture of her daughter Cora on Instagram, giving her more than a passing resemblance to the Zombieland actor with her beaming smile.

When the image went viral, it soon caught the attention of Harrelson, who shared the image along with his own special tribute.

He wrote: “Ode to Cora – you are a lovely child, flattered to be compared, you have a wonderful smile, I only wish I had your hair.”

In response, the proud mother told him, “You made our day. I can’t wait to show her that when she’s older, you’ve got another fan for life.”

He first rose to fame on the hit sitcom Cheers before becoming one of the biggest names in Hollywood. The post on Harrelson’s page has since been liked nearly 200,000 times.

In keeping with the Cheers theme song, the unknowing celebrity Cora can now be told that Instagram is somewhere “where everyone knows your name.” Woody Harrelson writes poem to Northern Ireland baby to her mum’s delight
